Step one: Before you apply
- TIWA is currently only offering a pathway from HLT54121 Diploma of Nursing through to a Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
- You must appoint a shared education agent registered with both TIWA and Notre Dame to submit your application.
Step two: Your education agent applies to TIWA online
You need to provide the following for your agent to attach within the online application to TIWA.
- a copy of your passport details page;
- a copy of your academic results;
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) scores within last two years;
- a completed University of Notre Dame Australia – International Application for Admission form [PDF 262 KB](PDF document - opens in a new tab); and
- a statement of purpose.
Step three: Accepting your university pathway offer
To accept your Notre Dame pathway offer, you need to complete these final steps:
- Return your signed Acceptance Letter
- Transfer the payment as requested in your TAFE Letter of Offer
- Pay the AUD$2,000 tuition deposit fee directly to Notre Dame, through their online payment system(opens in a new tab)
- Provide a copy of your tuition deposit fee payment receipt to TIWA.
Timelines for application processing
- To prevent unnecessary delays, please ensure all required documents are completed and included when submitting your application to TIWA.
- Please note that TIWA’s Letter of Offer will not be issued until Notre Dame's Letter of Offer is received.
- Once we have received Notre Dame's Letter of Offer, TIWA will email you all your offer documentation together at the same time.
Accepting your TIWA to Notre Dame pathway package
- Once TIWA receive your signed acceptance letters and payment, you should receive your confirmation of enrolment (CoE) within seven working days.
- There are cutoff dates for applications and for finalising your acceptance – if you do not submit your application and accept the offer before the relevant cutoff dates, your offer will be deferred to the next available semester.
